Allison Howard, Professional Hostess
Allison is the Chapterhead of DinnerGrrls Portland, a local networking group for women, and has organized countless events every month for the past few years.  In addition, she serves as a board member for Friends of the Oregon Symphony and is co-chair for the Friends of the Oregon Symphony 2007 Ball Committee. Allison founded the Urban Chapter of Young Professionals for Friends of the Oregon Symphony. She has invaluable experience putting on: Dinner and cocktail parties. Afternoon teas, Brunches, Picnics, Meetings, Luncheons, Trunk shows, Tastings of various sorts. Wine, cooking, and cocktail classes, musical performances, weddings, bridal and baby showers. Erin Schaffer, Professional Hostess
Erin is an East Coast transplant living in Portland since 2002. She comes from a long line of gracious and charming hostesses. Her joie de vivre is contagious and overflows into her passion for entertaining. Those who have experienced her hospitality cannot wait to come back for more. Erin loves turning ideas into reality and is highly organized by nature. Your event won’t skip a beat because of her attention to detail, strategic thinking, and wit. She volunteers her time in as the Promotions Coordinator for Portland’s Community Nonprofit Resource Group (CNRG), and as the Listserv Moderator for DinnerGrrls Portland, a networking group for women. Erin’s favorite meal is brunch and she enjoys planning and hosting her own get-togethers with her husband, family and friends.
